    Factory commitment: donates 10 cents towards ocean conservation and empowering women through local business education.

    Ethical employment: above minimum wage pay and health insurance for all employees.

    All staff are paid above award wages at up to three times the standard; they negotiate their own contracts and salaries. Everyone is provided with comprehensive health insurance for themselves and their family and are paid an extra month of salary annually. Working hours are less than 40 hours per week, meal allowance is included and any overtime (voluntary) is paid accordingly.

    ECONYL® is infinitely recyclable and recreatable.

    • After washing your swimwear as per the care label instructions (usually hand washing with mild detergent),

    • Gently squeeze out excess water without wringing or twisting the fabric,

    • Lay the swimwear flat on a towel or drying rack in a shaded area indoors or under a covered patio,

    • Allow it to air dry naturally.

    By following these steps, you can help prolong the life of your swimwear and keep it looking vibrant and in good condition for many swims to come.

    Here’s why this instruction is important for swimwear:

    1. Color Fading: Direct sunlight can cause colors to fade over time, especially vibrant colors commonly found in swimwear. Drying in shade helps preserve the original colors of your swimwear for a longer period.

    2. Fabric Quality: Some swimwear fabrics, like elastane or spandex blends, can degrade when exposed to prolonged sunlight. Drying in the shade helps maintain the elasticity and overall quality of the fabric.

    3. Avoiding Heat Damage: Intense sunlight can also lead to overheating of the fabric, which may affect its shape and fit over time. Drying in a shaded area helps the fabric retain its intended shape and form.
