SHIPPING-
The shipping policy applies to all orders placed on saintandro.com. All shipping charges are non-refundable.

We offer complimentary shipping on orders over 300 USD, excluding any Online Products marked "Final Sale". For orders under 300 USD, a shipping fee applies.

International orders are shipped with DHL Express. For orders under 300 USD, a standard international shipping fee will apply.

Orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays) depending on the time you place your order relative to Michigan time (this is where your order is being shipped from).

Once received, all orders are dispatched between 10:00am and 2:00pm EST Monday through Friday (excluding Public Holidays). Orders received after 2:00pm EST or outside of EST business hours will be dispatched the following business day. Once your order has been dispatched an email will be sent with your parcel tracking number and a link with which you can click to check the status of your delivery.
RETURNS-
We want you to love what you ordered! You can return or exchange any unworn merchandise within 30 days of the shipping date. Any product returned outside of the 30-day return policy will not be accepted. We offer store credit, exchange or refund on all returns. Shipping fees may apply.

For International returns, we will send you a complimentary DHL label to return the items to us.
During the return process, you will be able to locate your nearest DHL service point location to drop off your items.
