Items marked as FINAL SALE (indicated in the product description) are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
All international sales are final.
EXCHANGES
We accept exchanges for items in new condition with original tags attached.
Exchange Window: You have 10 days from the delivery date to submit an exchange request to pray2@saintandro.com.
Approval Required: All exchange requests must be approved by our customer service team. Detailed instructions will be provided via email upon approval.
Exchange Timing: Approved exchanges must be shipped within 7 days to remain eligible.
Exchange Process
Processing: Your exchange will be processed and your new item shipped once the original item is received and cleared by our quality control team.
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping. We cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.
RETURNS
We accept returns for items in new, unworn condition with original tags attached.
Return Window: You have 10 days from the delivery date to submit a return request to pray2@saintandro.com.
Approval Required: All return requests must be approved by our customer service team. Upon approval, you will receive detailed instructions via email.
Defective Items: If you receive a defective item, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will replace it free of charge (item must be unused and unworn). Please include details and photos in your email.
Return Conditions
Return Timing: Once authorized, returns must be sent back within 7 days to qualify for a refund or store credit. Items sent back after 7 days may not be eligible.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit, covering the cost of the product(s) but not shipping charges.
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Please send tracking information once your package has shipped.
